Terms and Conditions

1.       Aleoca bicycles are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.

2.       This warranty is not valid if damages are made by either alterations in parts or repairs by unauthorized persons without the knowledge of Aleoca Pro (S) Pte Ltd.

3.       This warranty does not cover defects due to abuse, misuse, accidents and acts of God.

4.       During the warranty period, repair and replacement of faulty parts/components will be undertaken free of charge.

5.       This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear of parts or damage to paintwork, or maintenance of bicycle e.g.: wheels alignment, gear adjustments, punctured tires or cables.

6.       Proof of purchase must be presented upon request.

7.       If the equipment has to be collected from the customer’s premises for service and repairs at the Service Centre, the transportation cost shall be incurred by the customer.

8.       As this warranty does not cover transportation, handling or delivery charges incurred in the delivery of the bike to and from our Service Center, a fee of S$20.00 will be charged for this service. This fee is applicable islandwide.

Free Bicycle Servicing at our Warehouse

Even with a perfectly assembled bicycle, all bicycles will have parts that will “settle”,  “break in”, “bed in”, “stretch” or “seat themselves” through use. This is normal, and you will have to make small fine-tuning adjustments of its parts of the bicycles to enhance the safety, performance and durability of the bicycle.

Aleoca offers free bicycle servicing if you bring the bicycle to our local Customer Service Centre.

Customers may also bring in bicycles that require servicing due to accidents or mishandling. However, customers may have to bear the cost of replacement parts if any.

Bicycle Servicing at your Doorstep

For busy customers who are unable to bring their bicycles to our warehouse, Aleoca offers Bicycle Servicing at your doorstep for only S$15.00 per trip.

For this servicing, we can repair damaged or faulty bicycles due to accidents, mishandling and abuse, however, customers may have to bear the cost of replacement parts if any.
