WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
▪ Aleoca bicycles are
warranted against manufacturers’ defects for ONE (1) YEAR from the
date of purchase. Upon successful claims, all replacement of parts
and components will be undertaken by Aleoca Pro Singapore Pte Ltd.
▪ Warranty will be void if
damages are caused by unauthorized alterations of the parts and components and/or repairs undertaken by unauthorized persons without
the prior approval by Aleoca Pro Singapore Pte Ltd.
▪ This warranty does not cover
defects due to abuse, misuse, accidents and acts of god.
▪ This warranty does not cover
wear and tear of parts and components, damage to paintwork and
maintenance of bicycles, for example, wheel alignment, gear tuning,
punctured tires or cable etc.
▪ Upon submission of warranty
claim, proof of purchase must be presented.
▪ Collection and Delivery
Service
In Singapore Collection and delivery
service* is available at a nominal fee of S$20 (two-way,
inclusive of GST) for both servicing and repairs. Please call our Customer
Service Centre at +65 6272 0330.

In China For all warranty claims,
repairs and servicing, please contact our Customer Service Centre at
755- 000000000. Our friendly Customer Service Officers will attend to
your requirements on a case-by- case basis. Upon successful warranty claims, Aleoca will courier the replacement
parts to you at no additional cost. *
